Q. What is required to make a limo reservation in Derby?
A. You may call 0800 040 9011 which is a freephone number.

Q. What is included with the Limo hire?
A. We provide a door to door service which includes the hire of a luxury stretched Limousine, in car entertainment (you can also bring your own music if required) and complementary bottles of bubbly (non alcoholic alternative available on request)

Q. Do you charge by mileage?
A. No.

Q. What is the capacity of your vehicles?
A. The capacities of our vehicles range from 1 to 16 passengers.

Q. What about colors?
A. We have black, pink and white vehicles.

Q. What do the drivers wear?
A. All of our chauffeurs are impeccably groomed at all times. They wear suits (usually black), white shirts, ties and black shoes. Hair and facial hair are to be kept short.

Q. Is smoking permitted I the limousine?
A. Smoking is prohibited in all of Derby Limousine's stretch limos and SUV's.

Q. What items are provided on the limo and what should we bring with us?
A. We have nice collections of CD's on board the limo, but we recommend that you bring your favorite DVD and CD's with you to listen to your favorite music on board. We have ice and coolers on board. Many guests also bring along their cameras to preserve their special memories from their voyage.

Q. What if we have gone over our time but want to keep the party going?
A. No problem! You may continue your limo reservation provided that yours is the last reservation of the day or there are no other reservations that day for that vehicle. Just check with the driver and we will do everything possible to keep the party going.

Q. How far in advance should I book my wedding?
A. As soon as you have confirmed your wedding date, church and reception location it is a good idea to book your limousine. The wedding season books quite early for specialty vehicles, so you will want to make your reservation as soon as you have your information.
